Chef Alfonso Montiel and winemaker Ben Banks present a four-course prix fixe dinner with wine pairings. As each course is served, the chef will discuss the preparation of the food, and the winemaker how each paired wine compliments it. Dinners include a first plate, salad, entree, and dessert, with a 3oz. glass of wine paired to each.

This four-course dinner with paired wines is $95 per person. Additional wine and bar drinks available. Guests should arrive by 6:00pm. A credit card is required to hold the reservation but it is only charged in the event of a no-show, at $25 per person.

Experience an unforgettable evening at Sovereign Estate on July 16th with a delicious and authentic Paella Dinner prepared over an open flame by our Winemaker, Ben Banks! Located on our Marquette Pavilion Patio with sweeping views - it's the ultimate summer night with flavor, wine, and community.

Your Ticket Includes:
1 glass of wine of your choice, Olives & Almonds Table Appetizer, Valencia Salad, Rustic Bread and Butter, Seafood Paella, Chicken Paella, Vegetarian Paella, & Olive Oil Citrus Cake Dessert

This Paella Dinner is $65 per person or $55 per person for Wine Club Members. Cash Bar available for additional wine, beer, and soft drinks. 5pm check-in, dinner service at 6pm.

September 6

Please join us as we celebrate harvest and the beauty of wine on Sunday, September 6th. Ben Banks and Terri Savaryn will be preparing a five course gourmet meal paired with our award-winning wines, highlighting the excellence of the wines and the beauty of the vineyard. A 3 oz pour of wine will accompany each course serving. Any additional glasses or bottles of wine may be purchased on site.

The Wine Dinner will be located in the vineyard from 4pm-6pm with shared table seating. This is a rain or shine event. If it rains, we will move the dinner to the Marquette Pavilion Patio.
