Hours of operation change seasonally at Sovereign Estate. Occasionally, to accommodate private events, we will also close early or for the entire day. To guarantee we will be here to greet you with a smile, please check our website and/or social media accounts before coming to visit.

Wine Store Hours
The Wine Store is open for retail and merchandise sales during the following hours.
Mon: Closed
Tues: 12pm-6pm
Wed-Thur: 12pm-8pm
Fri-Sat: 12pm-9pm
Sun: 12pm-6pm
Wine Tasting Hours
Guided Tastings are available on the hour during set-times & limited to groups of 12. Reservations required. Click here learn more.

Patio Bistro Hours
Our Patio Bistro is open during posted seasonal hours for outdoor seating. The Bistro and Patio Bar closes 30 minutes prior to closing.

Our Patio Bistro will be closed at 5pm for our Friday Night Sunsets Event. All guests must have a ticket to this event to stay on property. Please see our Friday Sunsets Event Page for more information.
