Hours of Operation
Hours of operation change seasonally at Sovereign Estate. During the winter, the winery may close due to weather for the safety of our guests and staff. To guarantee we will be here to greet you with a smile, please check our website and/or social media accounts before coming to visit.

Spirit of Winter begins November 21st.
We will be CLOSED Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

The Winery & Daytime Dining
Before our Spirit of Winter Event, we will be open to the public for wine by the glass, wine by the bottle, and dining. Beginning at 4pm, all guests will need tickets to our Spirit of Winter Event.

The Wine Store
The Wine Store is open for retail and merchandise sales during the following hours. After 4PM, guests will need to purchase a Spirit of Winter ticket to visit us.

The Nutcracker Suite
The Nutcracker Suite is open throughout the day for dining. Beginning at 4pm, admission will be required for our Spirit of Winter Event and it will be 21+ only. Learn more here!

Tasting HOurs

Spirit of Winter
The Spirit of Winter is a Ticketed Event starting at 4PM during our open hours. Guest can purchase tickets online or at the gate. Please visit the Spirit of Winter Page to purchase tickets online.
