Chef Alfonso Montiel and winemaker Ben Banks present a four-course prix fixe dinner with wine pairings. As each course is served, the chef will discuss the preparation of the food, and the winemaker how each paired wine compliments it. Dinners include a first plate, salad, entree, and dessert, with a 3oz. glass of wine paired to each.
This four-course dinner with paired wines is $95 per person. Additional wine and bar drinks available. Guests should arrive by 6:00pm. A credit card is required to hold the reservation but it is only charged in the event of a no-show, at $25 per person.
