Buon Natale Italian Christmas Wine Paired Dinner - December 10th at 6:30pm
Celebrate the Christmas season as Chef Ben Banks showcases traditions of the Banks Family. Wine Paired Dinners are $125 per person plus a 20% gratuity for our staff and includes 5 courses paired with Sovereign Estates select vintages chosen by winemaker, Ben Banks, and free admission to our Spirit of Winter event for the night of the dinner.

Course 2 - Burrata salad with citrus
Paired with Itasca
Course 3 - Bracciole with Homemade Cavatelli and Broccolini
Paired with - Sangiovese Reserve
Course 4 - Tiramisu
Paired with St Ignatius Port
All guests should be on time as dinner is served in banquet fashion located inside our Willow Room/Nutcracker Suite. Menus subject to change based on seasonal availability of items. Please indicate any food sensitivities or allergies and a substitute item will be presented. All dinners are non-refundable.
This event is during our Spirit of Winter Light Show and guests that purchase these wine paired dinners will get free admission to the Spirit of Winter for that night only. Please show your confirmation at the gate upon arrival. Feel free to come early to enjoy the light show before the dinner.
