General Questions

Can I get a Refund if I cannot attend?

No! Tickets are handled by a third party vendor. All tickets are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for another event. If for some reason you cannot attend, you may give your tickets to someone else to use. You will have to provide them your name and confirmation page. Sovereign Estate will not accept any requests to refund or exchange tickets.

What Happens if it rains?

This is a RAIN OR SHINE event. Lawn seating or open patio seats should be prepared for showers if they are in the forecast. Sovereign Estate retains the right to CANCEL any event if there are extreme weather conditions or tornado adversaries. Concerts will be rescheduled if possible. If concerts cannot be rescheduled, refunds will be issued.  

What Seating Options are available for the Concerts?

Guests have a choice between four of the following seating options:

  • Grand Reserved Pavilion Seating

  • Reserved Pavilion Seating

  • Open Patio Seating

  • Open Lawn Seating

Are Seats Assigned?

Depending on what ticket you purchase, seats may be assigned or open seating. Guests will need to choose their specific seat and table when buying either the ‘Grand Reserved Pavilion Seating’ or the ‘Reserved Pavilion Seating’. The ‘Open Patio Seating’ and the ‘Open Lawn Seating’ is all open seating and first come, first serve. We encourage guests who purchase any open seating tickets to come early to claim a spot.

Should I bring my own chair if I am purchasing a ticket for the ‘Open Lawn Seating’?

Yes! We encourage all ‘Open Lawn Seating’ Ticket holders to bring their own chairs or blankets and find a spot in the grassy areas.

Where is the Concert Held?

All Vintage concerts will be held in our Marquette Pavilion located on the west end of our property.

Where do we park?

We have a large parking lot by the Marquette Pavilion with signage to accommodate all guests and their vehicles.

When Can we Check-in?

Gates open at 5pm for check-in located in front of our Marquette Pavilion. Guests will receive a wristband corresponding to their assigned seating.

Are Walk-In Tickets Available?

We encourage all guests to pre-purchase their concert tickets. Many of our concerts sell out, especially Grand Reserved Pavilion Seating, Reserved Pavilion Seating, and Open Patio Seating. Open Lawn Chair Seating is always available to purchase at the gate, weather permitting.

When Does the Music Start and End?

Music will begin around 6pm with the winery closing at 9pm. Bands usually take an intermission half way through their set. Bring earplugs if loud music is a concern.

Can I Bring food/beverages on property?

We DO NOT allow any outside food (including desserts/cakes), beverages, or coolers on our property. Food and beverages will be available for purchase before and during the concert in our Marquette Pavilion.

DoES Food or Beverages come with my Concert Ticket?

No! Tickets DO NOT include food or beverages. These items may be purchased on property when you arrive.

Can I bring my Dog?

No! Dogs are not allowed during concerts due to loud music.

Are Children Allowed?

Absolutely! All guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult and have their own ticket to the concert.

Do You allow Decorations?

All decorations, balloons, and table decor are not allowed on our property.

Is Professional Photography Allowed?

Although we are honored that many people want to use our property for a beautiful backdrop for photos, we do NOT allow professional photography on our property.

Other Important Information

  • BAD BEHAVIOR: Please drink responsibly. We are a family-friendly establishment that follows all the Minnesota Department of Public Safety Rules and Regulations regarding alcohol service.Inebriated patrons will be asked to leave the property and your ticket will be voided without a refund.

  • WE PROHIBIT THE USE OF CANNABIS IN ANY FORM on the property.
